• Details
  This listing is for one translucent aqua blue teal with metallic highlights fused glass pendant. Each pendant has a lead free silver bail. Each pendant comes with either a sterling silver plated curb chain in your size of choice or a 18” black ribbon necklace.
  
  Also available in many other colors & custom options, including using sand, dirt, fur, hair, etc. Please visit my other listings to see the many colors & options that can be created. Or contact me if you have a custom request.
  
  Upon purchase I will send you a collection kit.. The kit includes a tiny spoon, a small container, instructions and a prepaid package to send your loved ones cremains/ashes back to me. When I receive the package, I will carefully and lovingly create your fused glass pendant, then send your completed piece in a jewelry box placed in a organza bag, thru U.S.P.S. first class mail. There is an option to upgrade shipping of the final piece at checkout.
  
  I use my kiln once a week, so you will have your pendant back to you along with the unused ashes in approximately two weeks, once I receive the cremains/ashes. You will be notified when I receive your loved ones remains and when I ship the finished pendant to you.
  
  Each piece is a one of a kind Memorial. When heated, the glass can form in different patterns creating the uniqueness. The pictures listed are examples, your piece will look slightly different from the way the glass reacts to the ashes and may contain bubbles or may have a slightly different look or variation.
  
  
  ***Please note that prepaid shipping is only good for so long. Please be prepared to send the cremains/ashes back to me within 60 days of
  purchase or I cannot guarantee that the postage will be valid and you will liable for any additional shipping costs.
  
  ***All orders for memorial items are nonrefundable & void if you do not respond to me or contact me within 90 days after purchase.

  Care instructions: please remember that your cremation pendant is a unique work of memorial art. So please treat it as such. It is not recommended to wear it in the shower, bath, hot tub or any place near toxic chemicals. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and love your one of a kind piece of memorial art.
